Automatikgetriebe = ATF "Type F" - erhältlich in jedem gut sortierten US-Teile-Shop und bei einigen wenigen Ölhändlern im Internet.
Ford M2C33F: Valvoline, MobilOil (US Speed Shop HH www.usspeed.de, Öl von Pennzoil).

Servolenkung = Originalspec war ESW-M2C128A. Dies wurde ein paar Jahre später für alle (auch vorher gebaute) Fahrzeuge durch ESW-M2C128C bzw ESW-M2C128D ersetzt. Diese Ford-Spezifikation sollte also auf dem Öl draufstehen. ATF Type F soll auch gehen.

Motoröl = 20W-50 nur für Motoren mit erhöhtem Ölverbrauch. Ansonsten reicht in unseren Breiten ein gutes 10W-40. Wer sich vollsynthetisches Öl zutraut kann bis 0W-40 gehen.

Differenzial = ESW-M2C105B für Standardhinterachse (kein Limited Slip). Dies entspricht API-GL6. Diese Norm wurde zurückgezogen, passendes Öl -> "exceeds (übertrifft) API GL-5". Viskositätsklasse: Je höher die Zahlen, desto zäher - wie beim Motoröl. Sehr zähes Öl erhöht aber auch die Temperaturen im Diff. Das 9" Diff. ist als außerordentlich robust bekannt. Daher gibt es außer notorischen Undichtigkeiten kaum Probleme damit.


Automatikölwechsel

Das Öl wird gewechselt, indem man die Ölwanne entfernt. Erst langsam an einer Ecke und dann die Wanne abnehmen und ausgießen. Am besten in Literkannen abfüllen, um zu sehen, wie viel drin war. Auf Abrieb, Verfärbungen und ungewöhnlichen Geruch achten. Der Drehmomentwandler hat eine eigene Ablaßschraube. Das Neubefüllen mit Öl bedarf etwas Geduld. Man muß zunächst die Nennfüllmenge Type F einfüllen und dann den Motor laufen lassen bis keine Luft mehr im Wandler ist und die Pumpe gleichmäßig Öl pumpt. Der Kraftschluss ist nicht immer gleich vorhanden. Dann immer nur langsam Öl nachkippen bis der Ölstand stimmt (warmes Getriebe). Der Filter sollte immer mit gewechselt werden. Auf peinlichste Sauberkeit achten. Schon die kleinste Fluse von einem falschen Lappen oder ein Schmutzteilchen können dem Getriebe Schaden zufügen.

1 kW is equal to 1.34 bhp.
So to convert a figure in bhp to kW you multiply by 0.746 e.g.. 150 bhp = (150 * 0.746) = 111.9 kW.
And to convert kW to bhp you multiply by 1.34 e.g.. 130 kW = (130 * 1.34) = 174.2 bhp.
